We searched the SVG FSA database and found a matching result. However, please note that the SVG FSA does not regulate forex brokers or issue forex licences. Therefore, having this registration does not mean that they are authorised to provide financial services.

    Furthermore, MaximusFX is not regulated or licensed by any major regulatory body, which suggests there are potential risks associated with trading with them. Therefore, MaximusFX should be marked as a scam broker.

In reality, this registration merely grants it International Business Company (IBC) status, which does not constitute a valid financial license. Furthermore, the SVG FSA has publicly stated that it neither regulates nor licenses forex trading activities. For now, we advise against depositing additional funds with this broker in order to avoid further losses. We recommend reporting the withdrawal issue to your local authorities. Gather all relevant evidence, including transaction records, chat logs and screenshots. You may also file a complaint on our official website here, where our team will carefully review your case and provide guidance or explore potential solutions. Please also beware of recovery scams. Fraudsters often exploit such situations by offering fake recovery services in exchange for upfront fees. Always verify the legitimacy of anyone offering assistance.

Recently, they emailed me to inform that I should "wind down all my trades and close my account", since they cannot serve clients in Canada.They apparently stopped taking applications here many years ago (after I applied)

This is the review about maximusFX. I started trading with MaximusFX recently. The account manager of maximus used to call me on regular basis for investment and to activate the account. So I deposited $100 and now my account state is in $610, without taking any amount of bonus or guidance from their side.

I have worked with this broker since May 2018.on 10/24/2018 an event occurred that destroyed my deposit!It was either a technical error or a deliberate intervention in my account by the broker! I have already gotten my lesson, having lost almost $3900 invested money. Please stay away from it

They deleted my account and nobody have reached me ever since then. If you're wise, please do not ever even trade with them. Terrible company! I don't know how they still exist. Full of scammers!
