Margin Forex’s website provides no regulatory disclosures, only claims that it was registered in Mauritius.

We searched the official register of the Financial Services Commission(FSC) in Mauritius using all available details, but found no record of Margin Forex or any associated company.

This absence of basic corporate and regulatory information strongly suggests that Margin Forex operates without authorization. Therefore, Margin Forex appears to be a scam.

It merely claims to be based in Mauritius without offering a specific registered address. Upon searching the Mauritius Financial Services Commission (FSC) database, we found no results related to Margin Forex Limited. This indicates that the entity is not authorized or regulated in its claimed jurisdiction, nor does it hold a license from any other recognized jurisdiction. Dealing with such an unregulated broker poses a high risk of fraud and other malpractices. Therefore, we strongly advise avoiding this broker to protect your capital.
