    Maono Global Markets claims that its operating entity, Maono Global Markets (Pty) Ltd, acts as an authorised representative of Sithundhi Group (Pty) Ltd, a firm allegedly licensed and regulated by South Africa’s Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) under license number FSP 52030.

    First, a search of the FSCA’s public register returns no record of Maono Global Markets (Pty) Ltd. Second, while Sithundhi Group (Pty) Ltd does appear as a licensed FSP, the FSCA register does not list any authorised representatives linked to this firm, meaning there is no verifiable evidence that Maono Global Markets is legally permitted to operate on its behalf.

    Given the lack of verifiable authorization, Maono Global Markets may be operating illegally under the guise of FSCA affiliation. Therefore, Maono Global Markets is marked as a scam.
