Our investigation did find matching information with the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (SVG FSA), but it's well known that none of the SVG FSA, Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FINCEN), and Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC) mentioned on its website have the authority to regulate forex. Furthermore, we found no matching information with the NFA. Most notably, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) issued a warning regarding LX FX, suspecting that this company may be offering financial services or products without the necessary authorization.
In fact, LX FX is not regulated by any authority. Therefore, LX FX is a scam.
