ANSWER Dear Investor, Lumenvest Assets is clearly a fraudulent website. The account information provided exhibits characteristics of a Ponzi scheme, and the platform lacks basic corporate details or regulatory proof, merely claiming to be registered in the USA. However, the US National Futures Association (NFA) has not registered this broker, indicating that it is operating illegally and without authorization in the United States. It also holds no valid brokerage licenses. More critically, on April 21st of this year, the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) added this platform to its warning list, stating that it is conducting regulated financial activities without authorization. Given these factors, Lumenvest Assets poses an extremely high risk. We urge investors not to provide personal information or invest funds with this entity.
