  • Dec 23, 2025 BrokersView has found that Landmark Capital Markets appears to be a scam

    Landmark Capital Market claims to be registered in Saint Lucia, under company Landmark Capital Markets Ltd. While we can confirm that there is a company with the same name in the Saint Lucia International Financial Centre (IFC) registry, this registration only grants it International Business Company (IBC) status. This does not constitute a valid financial licence. The IFC neither regulates nor licences forex trading activities. 

    Landmark Capital Markets also claims to be registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines under Landmark Markets LLC. Similarly, while we can find a matching company in the Financial Services Authority (FSA) registry of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, this only grants International Business Company (IBC) status. This does not constitute a valid financial licence. The SVG FSA has clearly stated that it does not regulate or licence forex brokers. 

    Landmark Capital Markets is not licensed by any recognised financial authority. This is a major red flag indicating fraudulent activity. Therefore, Landmark Capital Markets appears to be a scam.

ANSWER Dear Investor, Landmark Markets states it is registered in Saint Lucia under the name Landmark Capital Markets Ltd. While a company by that name does appear in the registry of the Saint Lucia International Financial Centre (IFC), this registration only confers International Business Company (IBC) status. Crucially, IBC registration does not equate to a financial services license. The Saint Lucia IFC does not supervise or authorize entities to conduct forex trading or other regulated investment activities. Similarly, Landmark Markets claims registration in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines as Landmark Markets LLC. Although a matching entity exists in the records of the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, this, too, is limited to IBC status. Importantly, the SVG FSA has publicly clarified that it does not regulate or license forex brokers, and IBC registration alone offers no investor protection or oversight. To date, Landmark Markets holds no authorization from any reputable financial regulatory body, which is a serious warning sign. Operating without proper licensing significantly increases the risk of misconduct or fraud. Based on this lack of legitimate regulatory oversight, we strongly advise extreme caution and consider Landmark Capital Markets highly unreliable as a trading counterparty.
