However, its current status is listed as “cancelled,” indicating it is no longer active. Moreover, the SVG FSA has clearly stated that it does not regulate forex brokers or issue licenses for forex trading activities. Therefore, even if the registration were still valid, it would not constitute proper authorization to operate as a forex broker. Adding to these concerns, Innovative Markets claims to have been established in 2013, yet its website domain was registered in 2025, which is a clear contradiction. This discrepancy is a red flag commonly associated with fraudulent operators who falsely portray themselves as experienced and reputable firms to gain investors’ trust.
