In Option claims to be regulated by NFA. We searched the NFA and found it was not an NFA Member. The truth is that In Option is not under valid regulation by any regulators to do forex. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.

ANSWER No, In Option is an insecure broker.While In Option provides an ID 0547422 given by the National Futures Association (NFA) to appear legitimate, it is crucial that In Option is not an NFA member and thus not subject to the regulator's oversight. While an individual or firm may have an NFA ID number in BASIC, this alone is not indicative of NFA membership and oversight, and non-Members are given NFA ID numbers for tracking purposes only, said NFA.Therefore, In Option is not supervised by any governing body. It poses significant risks, such as financial losses and identity theft. If any violation occurs, traders dealing with the unlicensed platform are vulnerable and helpless, as there are no rules in place to protect them. As such, to mitigate such risks, we highly recommend choosing a fully regulated broker instead.
