    The truth is that Imperial Invest is not regulated by any regulators. Letting it hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws.

However, its domain (imperialinvest.io) was first registered in March 2023. The discrepancy between its claim and website's age strongly suggests that it is unreliable.Except for a UK address, Imperial Invest provides nothing about its operator and its regulatory status. This is a red flag. Our search for this company in the register of the UK's financial watchdog, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) didn't return any matching result, futher substantiating the conclusion that Imperial Invest is unauthorized.Furthermore, the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) has issued a warning against Imperial Invest, stating that this broker is not registered to trade in, or advise on, securities or derivatives in BC.Therefore, Imperial Invest is not regulated.
