    According to its website, it claims to provide foreign exchange trading services and holds a UK company registration certificate with registration number 12355239, but has not published regulatory information for users to verify. Upon investigation, we found the corresponding registration number on the UK company page. The company name is NEXUS TRADE LTD, but it was cancelled on July 6, 2021. In addition, we searched Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and found no matching information. Please do not deposit funds for trading.

    In essence, HBCEC is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds.
