ANSWER GTCM was owned and operated by Depaho Ltd, a company that used to be regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) but is now acquired by another company. It is not a hundred percent sure that this broker is currently fully under regulation. Given this circumstance, you may therefore no longer be able to open an account with GTCM. At the same time, we would recommend identifying the risks and exercising caution when dealing with this broker.

Generally with the broker. It offers negative balance protection. In any business there are risks, this is absolutely normal, but at least I know that here I can control them due to the stop-loss function, which does not allow me to lose more than 3-4%.
