GSI Markets claims it is operated and owned by Media Force Limited, an offshore entity registered the Marshall Islands Registry (IRI). However, the IRI is a provider of shipping, ship and company registration services, providing technical and management support to the Maritime and Companies Registry of the Republic of Marshall. In other words, IRI is not a government agency, nor is it a regulatory agency.

    Moreover, the UK regulatos FCA and Spain regulator CNMV have successively added GSI Markets to the alert list to warn the public that this firm is not authorised to provide the investment services in their countries.

Therefore, this registration does not constitute a legitimate financial license. Adding to these concerns, both the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and Spain’s Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) have publicly listed GSI Markets in their warnings and alerts, explicitly stating that the firm is not authorized to offer financial services or products within their jurisdictions. You can check the full alert or warning from FCA and CNMV against GSI Markets respectively.As per the evidences above, our verdict is that GSI Markets is thoroughly a scam on account of running its business without any relevant license approved by a reputable regulator.
