ANSWER Dear Investor, We suspect that Golden Capital is a fraudulent platform. It claims to be regulated by the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC); however, our verification shows that the SEC has no record of any company associated with Golden Capital. Furthermore, the National Futures Association (NFA), the US forex regulator, has not authorized this platform for forex trading. Additionally, the platform claims to be a member of The Financial Commission (FC). Please note that the FC is merely an external dispute resolution body, not a forex regulatory authority, and provides no protection for investors. Therefore, Golden Capital is actually unregulated and unlicensed, posing an extremely high risk. We strongly advise you to avoid engaging in any transactions with it.
