However, the Marshall Islands Registry (IRI) doesn't regulate forex trading, and we didn’t find such matching from the Bulgarian regulator FSC. So Gloffix is currently not regulated or not overseen by any financial regulator. That means investors’ funds in this broker is unsafe and cannot be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam broker.

ANSWER Gloffix is NOT a legitimate broker and should be avoided at all events. Gloffix claims to be registered in the Marshall Islands and Bulgaria. However, the Marshall Islands Registry (IRI) doesn't regulate forex trading, and we didn't find such matching from the Bulgarian regulator FSC. So Gloffix is currently not regulated or not overseen by any financial regulator. What's worse, the Spainish regulator CNMV and the UK's regulator FCA have successively added Gloffix to the alert list to warn the public that this firm is not authorised to provide the investment services in their countries. You can check full alert or warning from CNMV and FCA on Gloffix respectively. As per the evidences above, our final conclusion is that Gloffix is thoroughly a scam on account of running its business without any relevant license approved by a reputable regulator. Therefore, we would recommend traders to stay away from unregulated brokers and trade with licensed brokers.

ANSWER Gloffix is a non-regulated trading platform even though it states offers that look too good to be true.Gloffix claims to be operated by Advaniq LTD, a company registered in Marshall Islands. It also claims to have a payment agent, Key Solutions LTD based in Bulgaria. Firstly, it should be noted that Marshall Islands is an offshore center and the Marshall Islands Registry (IRI) has no legal authority to issue forex licenses and regulate forex activities. At the same time, our search for this broker's supposed payment agent on the website of Bulgaria Financial Supervision Commission (FSC), the granted authority to supervise financial industry under applicable laws and regulations, did not yield any results. In addition, as it offers financial services or products without authorization, we found that Gloffix carries two warnings by different financial regulatory bodies, including the Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) and the UK Regulator Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Regarding your question, being ignored by your client manager at this broker and receiving no response for several days might be a sign of scam.
