Broker violations and abnormal records
On July 24, 2025, the Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) issued a warning about Glencoretrade for the lack of the required authorization. https://www.fsma.be/en/warnings/new-wave-fraudulent-trading-platforms 
According to its website, it claims to be regulated by the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC). Upon investigation, no matching information was found in the IIROC. In addition, the Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) issued a warning about Glencoretrade for the lack of the required authorization.
In essence, Glencoretrade is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. Glencoretrade appears to be a scam.
