We have verified that both the company’s name and its domain address match the information listed on MISA’s official register of licensed entities. However, it is important to note that MISA is regarded as an offshore regulatory authority with limited international recognition and oversight. As such, the credibility of its regulatory framework remain questionable. Furthermore, GANN Markets does not hold any licenses or authorizations from any major global financial regulators. While the company may indeed be licensed under MISA, investors should exercise caution. Regulatory status alone does not necessarily ensure full compliance with international standards or eliminate the risk of fraudulent or unethical practices.

ANSWER Gannmarkets is not regulated.While Gannmarkets provides an address in St. Lucia, we have been unable to locate corresponding records in the register of Financial Services Regulatory Authority of St. Lucia (FSRA). As such, this company is not licensed to offer financial services/products. Furthermore, St. Lucia doesn't have an authority responsible for regulating forex trading.In essence, investors are advised against trading with Gannmarkets since it is an unregulated broker. Once your money and personal information are held by this platform, there are no rules to prevent fraud or theft. Therefore, to mitigate such risks, it would be better to choose a fully regulated counterpart.
