    GAINLIT claims to be the trading name of Raw Trading Ltd, which is regulated by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA). We searched the Seychelles FSA's list of licensed entities and found Raw Trading Ltd. However, the registered website belongs to IC Markets and the operating brand name is IC Markets only. There is no information indicating that GAINLIT is one of its brands. 
    Therefore, it is very likely that GAINLIT has misused the regulatory information of a legit broker to mislead investors into believing that it is qualified as a forex broker. GAINLIT is suspected to be a scam.

ANSWER Dear Investor, GAINLIT is not a trustworthy trading platform. The broker claims to be subject to multiple regulations; however, we could not find any specific regulatory information on its website, making it impossible to verify its claims. This leads us to suspect that it is entirely unregulated and does not hold any valid broker licenses. Furthermore, based on previous investigations, GAINLIT previously claimed on its website to be regulated by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA). Upon verification, we discovered that GAINLIT is suspected of cloning the licensing information of the compliant platform IC Markets. Therefore, GAINLIT is not only unregulated but has also fabricated information to mislead investors. Such a platform is extremely unsafe. We strongly advise you to avoid any dealings or transactions with GAINLIT to protect your financial security.

There is no mention of GAINLIT anywhere in the official records of this licensed entity. This strongly suggests that GAINLIT is misusing the license of a legitimate broker to falsely appear regulated. Such misleading use of regulatory information is a common tactic among scam platforms. We therefore suspect that GAINLIT is not a genuine broker, and strongly advise you to avoid any interaction or investment with this platform.
