The inquiry found that there is no matching information was found in the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Australian Securities & Investment Commission (ASIC), Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC).

This strongly suggests that FX Markets Xchange operates outside of any regulatory framework.As a result, investors trading with FX Markets Xchange could be vulnerable to fraud and identity theft.
