    On 19 Sep 2022, the New Zealand Financial Markets Authority (NZ FMA) issued a warning that FPbulls may be operating a scam. The entity does not hold a Derivative Issuer License and is not a registered financial service provider in New Zealand or licensed by the FMA.     FPbulls claims to be registered in the UK and New Zealand under the name of FPBULLS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, with registration numbers 13673642 and 9429050599318. So we searched Companies House of United Kingdom (CH) and New Zealand Financial Service Provider Register (NZ FSP).

    First, we found a matching result in CH. However, CH is not a forex regulator. So having the registration does not mean being authorized to provide financial services. As per United Kingdom law, all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK shall be authorized by the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (UK FCA). However, we did not find any matching results in UK FCA.

    In addition, we did not find any results that matched this broker in NZ FSP. That means the scammer is not registered in New Zealand.
