Upon investigation, we found the information it claims to have with the FCA. However, it's important to note that it is merely registered with the FCA; its economic activities are not regulated by the FCA. The FCA has stated this clearly: registration does not equate to regulation, a point investors should be aware of. More importantly, the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) issued a warning against Fonds Avenue for the lack of the required authorization.
In fact, Fonds Avenue is not regulated by any authority. Therefore, Fonds Avenue is a scam.
