ANSWER Dear Investor, FizmoFX Markets currently claims regulatory status based solely on its registration in Saint Lucia. While we were able to locate the entity in the Saint Lucia International Financial Centre (IFC) registry, it is critical to understand that this registration only confers International Business Company (IBC) status, not a financial services or forex trading license. Importantly, the Saint Lucia IFC does not regulate or authorize forex brokers, and holding an IBC registration provides no investor protection or regulatory oversight. To date, FizmoFX Markets has not obtained any valid trading license from a recognized financial authority. Given this lack of proper regulation, we strongly advise you not to choose this broker and to avoid engaging with its platform altogether.
