Steep platform, orders fly, minimal sliding. The yield is also good. At times, of course, it falls, but everything depends on the market, I understand that.

My trading account got drained today due to the bugs. There is no way to contact their customer support. They did not response to my mails. I kept calling them since last week to inform about it but they never made any actions. This broker is not secure because they don't provide security for trading accounts. Large spreads, reduced trading times, killer rollover, and not good charting & reliable trading software.

Their service is terrible. I can't withdraw my money. Because they claim that my trading is infringing. And there are no updates yet. The money has been deducted and verified. but haven't paid yet I had to follow up via email for several days but no response.

It was very much unlikely with the brokers I previously used. This is my first withdrawal from FinmaxFX. Hope the journey with the broken down the road will stay well.

SUMMARY: IF YOU WANT A BROKER TO PUT YOUR MONEY IN, AND NOT HAVE ANYONE TO REACH OUT TO WHEN THERE ARE PROBLEMS, THEN FinmaxFX IS THE BROKER FOR YOU, IF NOT STAY AWAY.
