Broker violations and abnormal records
  • Aug 19, 2025 BrokersView has found that FinaDexa appears to be a scam

Although FinaDexa claims to be regulated by MISA, it displays two license numbers on its website. Upon verification, we found that one license belongs to WebTrade Management Ltd., registered under a different website: https://mudraone.com/, while the other is issued to Flux Ltd., which has no website registered at all.

It is widely known that MISA itself offers very limited regulatory oversight and investor protection, and is not widely recognized or respected in the financial industry. The absence of a properly recorded domain under the licensed entities raises serious red flags. Based on this information, we consider FinaDexa to exhibit strong characteristics of a fraudulent broker.

ANSWER Dear Investor, Thank you for reaching out. We would like to clarify which forex broker the manager you've been in contact with is affiliated with. We kindly ask you to provide us with the name and website of the broker so that we can conduct a thorough investigation. If FinaDexa is the broker you’re referring to, our follow-up review reveals that, despite claiming to be regulated by MWALI International Services Authority (MISA), it displays two license numbers—one linked to WebTrade Management Ltd., which is registered under a different domain, and another to Flux Ltd., which has no website recorded. Given that MISA offers minimal regulatory oversight and investor protection, and considering the mismatched or incomplete registration details, we have serious concerns about FinaDexa’s legitimacy and assess it as likely being a fraudulent entity. If you’ve encountered issues with this or any broker, we urge you to report the matter to relevant authorities or you may submit a complaint through our platform here. While forex trading carries inherently high risks, brokers regulated by reputable and well-established regulatory bodies, especially those under multiple jurisdictions, generally offer more comprehensive investor protection mechanisms. However, it's important to note that even regulated brokers are not entirely free from risk, and there have been cases of investor complaints in the market. Therefore, we strongly advise you to exercise caution and conduct thorough due diligence before making any investment decisions. If you are new to forex trading, we recommend starting with a demo trading account. This allows you to gain experience and confidence without risking significant capital in the early stages.

🚨 Beware – Finadexa is a Scam and Fraudulent Company! 🚨I was lured by the false promises of Finadexa and invested ₹21,021, hoping for good returns. At first, my so-called Success Manager guided me, and I even saw $319 in my wallet. But soon, his true intention came out — he wanted me to break my bank FDs and invest 8–10 lakhs in Finadexa, promising unrealistically high returns. When I insisted on proof of withdrawals, he credited only $15 (₹1,300 approx.) into my account. Later, when I tried to withdraw $90, he immediately called me and pressured me to cancel the transaction. After that, he stopped helping me with trading and kept forcing me to break my FDs.I even shared details of an LIC PMVVY policy (which cannot be broken), but still, he continued to pressure me for large funds. Finally, when I tried to withdraw the remaining $304 from my wallet, I was shocked to see my wallet locked — making it impossible to take out my own money.👉 This is how Finadexa traps innocent people — first showing small profits, then demanding big investments, and finally blocking access to your funds.

⚠️ WARNING – Finadexa is a BIG SCAM & FRAUDULENT ⚠️They initially attract people by asking for small investments with the promise of big profits. Once you join, they pressurise and lure you into investing larger amounts of your hard earned money claiming you will earn even higher returns. In reality, they pay nothing.Even they ‘ LOCK ‘ your ‘ WITH DRAW OPTION’ so that you can’t withdraw your wallet amount. ⚠️ Beware! Don’t fall into b their trap. Stay away from this fraud before it’s too late!
