    FAX LTD claims to be a online trading platform registered in Saint Lucia, operated in Cyprus, which offers a range of investment products to traders, including Forex, Commodities, Indices, Stocks, Cryptocurrency and more instruments for trading in global markets.

    Upon investigation, we found that FAX Ltd is registered with the International Financial Centre (IFC) in Saint Lucia, an International Business Companies Registry that doesn't license forex trading brokerage activities. However, FAX LTD is not regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC).

    The truth is that FAX LTD is not regulated by any regulators. Letting it hold or control investors'money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws.

It is simply claim to be registered in Saint Lucia, an offshore jurisdiction known for lax regulations and inadequate investor protections. More concerningly, forex trading activities are not licensed in this jurisdiction, and it is merely classified as an International Business Company (IBC) registered in Saint Lucia, which does not equate to proper financial activities authorization. Given these findings, we believe this platform poses significant risks. To protect your investments and personal information, we strongly recommend avoiding it.
