    EXO Markets claims to be operated by EXO MARKETS (Pty) Ltd, which is authorized by the Financial Services Conduct Authority (FSCA). However, our search of the official FSCA licensee register found no record of EXO MARKETS (Pty) Ltd.  The licensed entity under the license number does not match EXO MARKETS (Pty) Ltd, either. This discrepancy strongly suggests that the firm’s regulatory claims are inaccurate or deliberately misleading.

    Besides, EXO Markets does not provide any other licensing information. Until verifiable evidence of legitimate authorization is provided, we assess EXO Markets as a likely unlicensed or fraudulent broker and advise extreme caution.

ANSWER Dear Investor, EXO Markets is not a legitimate platform, as the regulatory information it claims to hold is invalid. The platform asserts that it is operated by EXO Markets (Pty) Ltd and is regulated and licensed by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) under FSP number 53590. However, upon thorough investigation of the FSCA system, we found no record of "EXO Markets (Pty) Ltd." Furthermore, the FSP number 53590 actually corresponds to a completely different entity, CompliShield Financial Group (Pty) Ltd, rather than EXO Markets. This serious discrepancy indicates that the license claimed by EXO Markets may have expired, or more alarmingly, the platform might be fraudulently misappropriating the license details of a legitimate broker to deceive traders. Given these critical red flags, we strongly advise you to avoid trading with this highly suspicious platform to protect your funds.
