However, my experience quickly turned into a major disappointment.I submitted a withdrawal request of €2,700 via bank transfer (Request ID 23173), and the transaction has remained in “pending” status with no clear explanation or completion.I have contacted support several times, provided all the requested documents — including a signed invoice form they asked for — yet I still have not received my funds.It is unacceptable that a broker claiming to be regulated by the Labuan Financial Services Authority (LFSA) cannot handle a simple bank withdrawal transparently and promptly.This situation completely undermines any trust in the company and raises serious doubts about their operational reliability.I am preparing a formal report to the Labuan FSA and will keep all documentation as evidence of Exfor’s lack of transparency.I strongly advise anyone considering this broker to think carefully before depositing any money until it becomes clear how withdrawals are actually processed.
