But we don't find the correct information on Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC), U.K Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) matching to EVEST. The truth is that EVEST is not under valid regulation by any regulators to do forex. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law.

ANSWER Dear Investor, Our investigation reveals that EVEST claims to be a brand name under ATRIAFINANCIAL LTD, and asserts that it holds regulatory licenses from multiple authorities, including the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC), the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) in South Africa, and the MWALI International Services Authority (MISA). Upon further review, we were able to confirm the connection between EVEST and ATRIAFINANCIAL LTD through domain registration information linked to the MISA license. However, when it comes to the VFSC and FSCA, we were unable to verify the association. Neither of these two regulatory bodies lists the domain names associated with EVEST on their official websites, leaving the legitimacy of these claimed affiliations uncertain. It’s also important to note that all three regulatory bodies — VFSC, FSCA, and MISA — are considered offshore regulators, known for having less stringent oversight and weaker enforcement compared to major financial regulators. This further increases the potential risk for investors using platforms regulated solely by these jurisdictions. Given the lack of clear and verifiable regulatory oversight from VFSC and FSCA, we believe that trading with EVEST carries a certain level of risk. ANSWER EVEST lacks the required authorization to operate as a trading platform and thus it is advisable to stay away from it.While EVEST claims registration in three countries including Vanuatu, Cyprus, and the UK, there are no indications that it is financially registered in these regions. We searched the registers of the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC), the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), and the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and didn't find any results matching EVEST and its owners. Therefore, its offerings are not regulated.The absence of regulatory oversight will lead to increased risks of fraud and identity theft. There are no legal protections to ensure EVEST's compliance with regulations and thus it is highly risky to entrust it with funds and personal information. To mitigate such risks, it is advisable to stay away from unlicensed platforms like EVEST and instead choose a fully regulated one.

This is how the scam started, I saw a lot of advertisements about this scam forex trading platform evest, then I decided to give it a try I started with an investment min deposit $250 then someone from UAE number called me after I made the deposit his name was Yasser Mohammed and he told me that we assigned to you an account manager and he is going to call you, after 3-4 hours I received a call from Cyprus number his name was Mohannad Sulaiman ‘Abu Al Ward’ and started to teach me about how trade and how to buy lots, then I started trading with small lots and all my tradings were in profits ‘green’ he kept asking me to deposit more and more and how much money do you have in your bank account, the second day he guided me to trade in lager lots and here I started losing and all my trades in lost ‘Red’ and he guided me to open reverse trades and deposit more and more money so I will not lose my margin level and take it up and it continued like that until I lost almost more than $55,000 within less than a month, also they kept stealing money from my margin level and asking me to deposit more money to avoid my margin level going to Zero and losing all my money.
