ANSWER EvallVellc has been warned by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) for carrying on unlicensed investment activities. Our further investigation has revealed that it appears to be a scam.EvallVellc falsely claims to be a multi-regulated trading platform, misusing names of the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), and the CySEC. This dihonest practice strongly suggest that it is likely operating a fraudulent scheme to defraud money. To warn the public of the risks involved, the CySEC has published a warning against EvallVellc.Therefore, investors are strongly advised against trading with EvallVellc. Otherwise, they may be exposed to fraud and identity theft and no rules in place can protect their interests. To avoid such a disaster, it is recommended to choose fully regulated brokers.
