    Erad Markets does not claim to be licensed by any regulator; it only claims to be registered in Saint Lucia. While we can confirm that there is a company with the same name in the Saint Lucia International Financial Centre (IFC) registry, this registration only grants it International Business Company (IBC) status. This does not constitute a valid financial licence. The IFC neither regulates nor licences forex trading activities. 

    Being unregulated is a major red flag for a fraudulent operation. Therefore, Erad Markets appears to be a scam.

ANSWER Dear Investor, We do not recommend the platform Erad Markets, as it lacks any valid proof of regulation. We found no information regarding regulatory oversight or licensing on the Erad Markets website, other than a claimed registered address in Saint Lucia. While we located ERAD Markets Ltd in the registry of Saint Lucia International Financial Centre(IFC), this registration does not imply that the entity is strictly regulated within the jurisdiction. On the contrary, Saint Lucia, being an offshore jurisdiction, lacks an authoritative body to regulate forex trading activities. Consequently, there is no way to verify if Erad Markets' provision of forex trading services is subject to any supervision. We strongly advise against trading with this type of broker to ensure your funds are not left without protection.
