EmirFX claims to be authorized by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA) and the Financial Services Commission(FSC) in Mauritius. However, our search of the official Seychelles FSA and Mauritius FSC licensee register found no record of it or the stated licence. This discrepancy strongly suggests that the firm’s regulatory claims are inaccurate or deliberately misleading.

Besides, EmirFX does not provide any other licensing information. Until verifiable evidence of legitimate authorization is provided, we assess EmirFX as a likely unlicensed or fraudulent broker and advise extreme caution.

ANSWER Dear Investor, We do not recommend trading with EmirFX due to its lack of valid regulatory credentials. In its regulation section, EmirFX claims to be overseen by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA) and the Financial Services Commission (FSC) in Mauritius. However, it fails to provide specific license numbers or the exact names of the regulated entities. Upon checking, we found no results related to EmirFX in the registries of either authority. Therefore, we suspect that EmirFX is falsely advertising its regulatory status and has not actually been issued licenses by these two regulators. We strongly advise you to avoid trading with this broker to protect your capital.
