According to its website, it claims to be regulated by Australia Securities & Investment Commission (ASIC), Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) , Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), and Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC). Upon investigation, no matching information was found in the ASIC, FCA and DFSA.
In addition, we found that the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) issued a warning against Elegantopex, believing this company might be providing financial services or products without authorisation.
In essence, Elegantopex is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds.
