    Edgenex does not claim to be licensed by any regulator; it only claims to be registered in Saint Lucia. While we can confirm that there is a company with the same name in the Saint Lucia International Financial Centre (IFC) registry, this registration only grants it International Business Company (IBC) status. This does not constitute a valid financial licence. The IFC neither regulates nor licences forex trading activities.

    Being unregulated is a major red flag for a fraudulent operation. Therefore, Edgenex appears to be a scam.

ANSWER Dear Investor, Edgenex does not disclose any information regarding regulation and licensing. The platform merely provides a registered address and a registration number in Saint Lucia. Although we were able to locate the registration details for Edgenex Capital Ltd. in the Saint Lucia International Financial Centre (IFC) system, please be aware that this does not equate to holding a financial license. The Saint Lucia IFC does not regulate the forex market, nor does it issue licenses to forex brokers. This registration simply indicates that the entity has completed an International Business Company (IBC) incorporation, but it may not have obtained authorization from any legitimate regulatory authority. In light of these findings, we strongly advise you to avoid considering trading with such unauthorized and unlicensed brokers to protect your financial interests.
