ANSWER Dear Investor, We must alert you that Dual Trade is not regulated by any financial authority. Dual Trade's website fails to provide any regulatory information or proof of an ongoing license application, merely claiming to be a trading broker registered in the United Kingdom. However, our search of the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) database revealed no licensee associated with this entity. This indicates that Dual Trade has not obtained any authorization in its claimed jurisdiction, nor does it hold a license from any other regulatory body. Consequently, it is completely unable to provide robust protection for its investors. We strongly advise you to avoid investing with such unregulated brokers to protect your financial interests.
