    The truth is that DMA Capitals is not regulated by any regulators. Letting it hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.

ANSWER Dear Investor, DMA Capitals is a broker we do not recommend. It fails to provide any regulatory information, merely claiming to be registered in Saint Lucia with a physical address in the UAE. First, we found no results related to DMA Capitals in the company list of the UAE Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA). Second, although we located DMA Capitals Limited in the Saint Lucia IFC registry, this registration merely grants it International Business Company (IBC) status, which does not constitute a valid financial license. The IFC neither regulates nor licenses forex trading activities. In reality, DMA Capitals is not regulated by any authority, holds no licenses, and lacks the qualifications to operate as a broker. Therefore, we strongly advise avoiding any transactions with DMA Capitals.

However, our search for this company in the SVG FSA register didn't yield any results. This means what DMA Capitals claims on its regulatory status is a lie in an attempt to deceive unsuspecting investors. Furthermore, the SVG FSA has explicitly stated that it neither issues forex licenses nor regulates entities involved in such activities.Regarding your question, DMA Capitals is an untrustworthy trading platform due to its status as an unlicensed broker. If dealing with this broker, investors will expose themselves to significant risks susch as financial losses and identity theft, as there are no rules in place to safeguard them. Therefore, to avoid such risks, we strongly suggest investors stay away from unlicensed brokers like DMA Capitals and opt for fully regulated ones.

never had any issue, using it for past 8 months. dont know about regulations, but they are registered with Labuan malaysia, they have all the information on their website.Their withdrawal is intstant, usually no more than 2 hours, but sometimes i get it in 2 minutes. They have very low spread now, minimal slippage too. All in one package for a good broker.
