Cubo Markets

Operating status: Unregulated
High-Risk Active
Broker violations and abnormal records
  • 2026-05-07 BrokersView has found that Cubo Markets appears to be a scam

Cubo Markets does not claim to be licensed by any regulator; it only claims to be registered in Saint Lucia. While we can confirm that there is a company with the same name in the Saint Lucia International Financial Centre (IFC) registry, this registration only grants it International Business Company (IBC) status. This does not constitute a valid financial licence. The IFC neither regulates nor licences forex trading activities.

Being unregulated is a major red flag for a fraudulent operation. Therefore, Cubo Markets appears to be a scam.

Steer clear of Cubo Markets – don't trade with them and don't put any money in. They're faking FCA regulation, making up an 18‑year track record (their domain is barely three months old), and their promo copy is a straight rip‑off from CPT Markets. On top of that, their company number matches North Star, a platform already blacklisted by Russia's central bank. Being registered in St. Lucia gives them zero regulatory authority over financial services. If you've already sent them money, contact the police and your local financial watchdog immediately – but don't get your hopes up about getting it back. Stick with brokers that are properly licensed and supervised by the FCA, ASIC, FINMA, or other top‑tier regulators.
