    CourseFX was previously verified by us as holding a license (BFX2024206) issued by the MWALI International Services Authority (MISA). However, our latest review reveals that while CourseFX’s website continues to display this licensing information, the license is now listed as suspended in MISA’s official registry.

    This suspension means that CourseFX is no longer authorized. Even under MISA’s framework, MISA itself is an offshore regulatory body with limited international recognition, weak oversight mechanisms, and minimal investor protections. Its licensing standards fall far short of those upheld by major global regulators. 

    Therefore, CourseFx appears to be a scam.

Its licensing standards fall far short of those upheld by major global regulators. Given these findings, we assess it as high-risk broker.
