    Completepromarkets presents a document seems issued by "finra" and claims to be licensed. However, finra is not a forex regulator. 

    In addition, the broker also claims to be regulated by Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) and the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (UK FCA). But we did not find any matching results in CySEC. That means the broker is not authorized by CySEC to provide financial services. 

    Moreover, FCA issued a warning that Completepromarkets was providing financial services or products in the UK without authorisation.

    The truth is that Completepromarkets is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
