Coinpass.ltd claims to be registered with Companies House of United Kingdom (CH), No. 2335443. However, we did not find any matching results in CH, That means the company is not registered with in the UK. Moreover, CH is not a forex regulator and does not regulate forex broker or issue forex licenses. So having the registration or not does not mean being authorized to provide financial services.
As per United Kingdom law, almost all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK shall be authorized by the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (UK FCA). However, we only found a warning against the scam in UK FCA.
The truth is that Coinpass.ltd is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
