According to its website, it claims to be registered in Luxembourg. However, a search revealed no matching information within the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF). In addition, the Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) issued a warning about lux-nordic.com for the lack of the required authorization.
lux-nordic.com is not regulated, which means there are no legal protections for the funds of investors. It appears that lux-nordic.com may be a scam.
