    Capitalonefx claims it is a trustable broker and displays some of its awards that were earned in 2020. However, checking its domain, we found it was newly created on 5 Mar 2022. So how could it earn awards in 2020? It is a red flag here.

    Besides, Capitalonefx claims it is authorized by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC), and the Financial Services Conduct Authority (FSCA). However, we did not find any match results to Capitalonefx in FSCA or ASIC. What's more, searching Capitalonefx in FCA, we only found it was blacklisted by FCA for providing financial services without any authorization. That means Capitalonefx is not regulated by any regulators. Investors' money in this broker is unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
