According to its website, it claims to be regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Upon investigation, no matching information was found in the FCA. In addition, the Italian Companies and Exchange Commission (CONSOB) ordered CapitalAi to be blacklisted for offering financial services illegally in Italy.
In fact, CapitalAi is not regulated by any authority. Therefore, CapitalAi is a scam.
