According to its website, it lists its office address in the UK. However, a search revealed that it is no longer registered as a designated representative, indicating the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) no longer regulates it. Furthermore, the Financial Authority (Autorité des Marchés Financiers, AMF) added Capital Reserve to the warning list for being an unauthorized company engaging in forex activities.
In fact, Capital Reserve is not regulated by any authority. Therefore, Capital Reserve is a scam.
