    CA Markets claims to be a brand name with multiple entities, is a CFDs broker licensed and regulated by theVanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC) with license number 700714, the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) with AFSL number 523351 and the New Zealand Financial Service Provider (FSP) under registration number 1002179, offering a range of investment products to traders, including forex, shares, indices, commodities, ETFs, bonds and and more instruments for trading in global markets.

    Upon investigation, we found that CA MARKETS LIMITED is licensed by the VFSC with number 700714 , but not disclosing the licensee's web address.

    We verified that CORPORATE ALLIANCE GROUP PTY LTD is regulated by the ASIC with AFSL number 523351, which is not disclosing the licensee's web address. And there is no representative named of CA Markets. And CORPORATE ALLIANCE GROUP only provides financial services to institutional clients.

    However, CORPORATE ALLIANCE GROUP (NZ) LIMITED is registered with FSP1002179, but their trading name is CAFX NZ(web: www.cafx.com). 

     

    Letting it hold or control investors'money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws.

ANSWER Dear Investor, We do not recommend using CA Markets as it does not hold a recognised brokerage licence. CA Markets currently claims to be regulated by CA Markets Global Limited, which reportedly holds a licence issued by the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority (AOFA) in Comoros. However, AOFA is an offshore regulatory body that is known for its weak oversight and lack of international recognition. The jurisdiction offers limited investor protection, and its regulatory framework is generally considered to be unreliable by global financial standards. Although we were able to confirm the existence of CA Markets Global Limited within the AOFA registry, the AOFA does not list or verify the official domain(s) associated with the licensed entity. This absence of domain registration makes it difficult to confirm whether this platform is genuinely authorised under this licence. Given these concerns, we consider CA Markets to pose a high risk to investors. Therefore, we strongly advise against engaging with this platform and recommend choosing brokers that are regulated by well-established financial authorities instead.

CA Markets gives me too many reasons to hesitate. It mentions several regulatory licences, but the connection between those licensed companies and the actual CA Markets website is not clearly established. For a broker that may hold client funds, that lack of transparency is a major concern. I would not rely on licence numbers displayed on the website alone. Until CA Markets clearly proves which legal entity operates the platform and what protection clients actually receive, I would stay away.

I have traded with this broker for 5 months now, I am happy with the service and product spreads. Will continue to use and observe.
