    ByAlpha claims to be operated by Compic Solutions LTD, which is registered in Saint Lucia, we  searched the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) but found no matching results.

    The Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) issued a warning that ByAlpha was providing finacial services or products without authorisation.

    The truth is that ByAlpha is not regulated by any regulators. Letting it hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws.

    ByAlpha is a scam.
