We confirmed that a company by this name is indeed listed with the Saint Lucia International Financial Centre (IFC). However, this registration merely confers International Business Company (IBC) status, which does not amount to a financial services or forex trading license. Importantly, the Saint Lucia IFC does not regulate or authorize forex brokers.

ANSWER Dear Investor, BTS Investments may be a scam broker. Although it presents itself as a properly licensed platform, we cannot find any regulatory information on its website. It only claims to operate under BTS Investments Ltd, which is registered in Saint Lucia. While we can confirm that a company with the same name is registered with the Saint Lucia International Financial Centre (IFC), this registration only grants it International Business Company (IBC) status. This does not constitute a valid financial licence. The IFC neither regulates nor licenses forex trading activities. In short, BTS Investments is not licensed by any recognised financial authority. This is a major red flag indicating fraudulent activity. We therefore strongly advise you to avoid trading with BTS Investments in order to protect your funds.
