To advise investors to stay away from this unregistered entity, the FINMA issued a warning against BITBinvest.

    In essence, BITBinvest is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds.  BITBinvest appears to be a scam.
