Beta FX Trade shows its office address is in the United State. However, we did not find any match results to Beta FX Trade in the US National Futures Association (NFA). That means Beta FX Trade is not an approved broker to offer forex services in the US.
Besides, Beta FX Trade claims it is authorized and regulated by multiple authorities, including:
1) The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA);
2) The Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC);
3) The Financial Services Conduct Authority (FSCA).
However, we did not find any match results to Beta FX Trade in ASIC or FSCA. What's more, searching in FCA, we found this broker had already been blacklisted for providing financial services and products without authorization. That means Beta FX Trade is not regulated by any regulators. Investors' money in this broker is unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
