While we can confirm that there is a company with the same name in the Saint Lucia International Financial Centre (IFC) registry, this registration only grants it International Business Company (IBC) status. This does not constitute a valid financial licence. The IFC neither regulates nor licences forex trading activities. 

    Being unregulated is a major red flag for a fraudulent operation. Therefore, Bennet FX appears to be a scam.

While we can confirm that a company named Bennet Global Ltd. exists in the Saint Lucia International Financial Centre (IFC) registry, it is crucial to understand the limitations of this registration. This status merely grants the entity International Business Company (IBC) status, which is a corporate classification and does not constitute a valid financial license. The Saint Lucia IFC explicitly does not regulate or license forex trading activities or the handling of client funds. Operating without regulatory oversight is a major red flag for a potentially fraudulent operation, as it means there is no authority monitoring their conduct or protecting your capital. Based on these findings, we strongly advise you not to invest with this broker. If you have already been defrauded by them, please report the incident to your local authorities immediately.
