    Beirman Capital claims to be operated by beirman capital limited, a company supposedly registered in St. Lucia.

    However, there are no indications that it is registered as a Money Services Business Regulated Entity regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) there. Furthermore, it's critical to note that the FSRA has stated that forex trading activities are not licensed under this jurisdiction. Put it simply, even if the broker were licensed by the FSRA, it remained an unlicensed forex broker operating from St. Lucia.

    In essence, Beirman Capital is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds.

    Beirman Capital appears to be a scam.

Beirman Capital claims to operate under BEIRMAN CAPITAL LIMITED, which is registered in Saint Lucia. While we confirm that a matching company exists in the registry of Saint Lucia International Financial Centre(IFC), this registration merely grants it International Business Company (IBC) status, which does not constitute a valid financial license. The IFC neither regulates nor licenses forex trading activities. Besides, Beirman Capital is unlicensed by any recognized financial authority. This is a major red flag of being fraudulent operation. We therefore strongly advise you to avoid trading with Beirman Capital to protect your funds.

Beirmancapital is having good spreads compared to other brokers, I'm using beirmancapital from past 4 months easy withdrawal and deposit although I'll give it 3 out 5.
