Axiory Review Overview

In this Axiory review, we provide an independent analysis of the platform's regulatory status, trading costs, and execution speeds. We break down these key metrics to answer the central question: is Axiory a good broker for your trading needs?

Is Axiory Legit and Safe?

Axiory is a legitimate and safe online forex broker operating under regulatory supervision in Belize and Mauritius, although it does not hold licenses from tier-1 global regulators.

Axiory review

What Is Axiory? Company Background

Axiory was established in 2011 as an online brokerage firm focusing on retail and institutional traders globally. To answer the question, "is axiory legit?", we must examine the firm's history and corporate structure. The company was founded by Filip Rehor, David Kasper, and Jakub Nytra, with its corporate headquarters located in Belize City, Belize. Led by CEO Roberto d'Ambrosio, Axiory has built a reputation for providing advanced trading technology, including MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, and cTrader. It operates under the parent trade name Axiory Global Limited, backed by private equity to sustain its global infrastructure.

Axiory Regulation

Axiory is regulated by the Financial Services Commission of Belize and the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius. These regulatory bodies are classified as Tier-3, representing offshore jurisdictions that have more lenient oversight than Tier-1 authorities. You can check FSC Belize official to verify Axiory's active status under license number 4496214. Additionally, you can consult FSC Mauritius official to verify the active standing of Tradit Limited under license number GB21026376.

The table below outlines the specific regulatory entities, licenses, and investor protections associated with Axiory's operations:

Entity NameRegulatorLicense NumberRegulatory TierInvestor Protection
Axiory Global LimitedFinancial Services Commission (Belize)4496214Tier 3 (Offshore)Negative Balance Protection, Segregated Funds, Financial Commission Membership
Tradit LimitedFinancial Services Commission (Mauritius)GB21026376Tier 3 (Offshore)Negative Balance Protection, Segregated Funds, Financial Commission Membership

While both entities enforce negative balance protection and fund segregation, neither offers a sovereign investor compensation scheme, meaning traders do not have the safety net of a government-backed default fund.

Which Axiory Entity Serves Your Region?

Axiory routes global clients to either Axiory Global Limited (Belize) or Tradit Limited (Mauritius) depending on their geographical location.

  • Axiory Global Limited primarily serves international clients outside of Europe, Australia, and other heavily restricted areas.
  • Tradit Limited operates in tandem to handle clients from designated global regions under the Mauritius framework.

Onboarding under these offshore entities utilizes Axiory's "Smart Onboarding System," allowing automated KYC checks that complete verification in under a minute. While this offshore onboarding process is incredibly fast, it provides significantly weaker consumer recourse and fewer structural safeguards compared to brokers operating under strict European or Australian licenses.

Restricted Countries

Due to strict local regulatory limitations, Axiory does not accept clients from several unsupported jurisdictions:

  • The United States and its territories are fully restricted, as Axiory does not hold a license with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).
  • Canada, Iran, and North Korea are also blacklisted due to regional compliance boundaries and financial sanctions.
  • Local regulatory limitations prevent Axiory from marketing its services directly to residents of the European Union, where European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) rules forbid offshore promotion without local authorization.

Client Fund Protection

Despite its offshore regulatory status, Axiory maintains several voluntary safety measures to protect client deposits:

  • Segregated client accounts with major global banks ensure that your deposits are kept entirely separate from Axiory's operating capital, preventing creditors from claiming client funds in the event of insolvency.
  • Negative balance protection is automatically applied to all retail accounts, meaning you can never lose more money than your initial deposit.
  • Membership in the Financial Commission provides an independent external dispute resolution forum, giving clients access to a compensation fund of up to €20,000 per complaint.
  • Regular third-party auditing of accounts ensures financial transparency and prevents discrepancies in client ledger records.

Axiory User Reviews and Trustpilot Rating

Axiory holds a Trustpilot rating of 2.4/5 based on approximately 71 reviews, reflecting generally poor to mixed user sentiment as of June 2026. While the broker boasts advanced execution technology, the collective public feedback is notably divided.

Common Positive Trends:

  • Competitive Spreads: Many traders report satisfaction with Axiory's tight spreads and low trading latency.
  • Responsive Platform Tech: Users consistently praise the platform performance, particularly when trading on cTrader or MetaTrader 5.
  • Helpful Customer Care: Some reviews highlight dedicated customer support staff who provide priority assistance during critical trading situations.

Recurring Complaints:

  • Withdrawal Delays: Multiple users report that withdrawals occasionally experience processing bottlenecks, sometimes taking up to two business days to be fully executed.
  • Unexpected Account Deactivation: Traders have expressed frustration regarding the deactivation of dormant accounts (such as those left without deposits or activity for over two years).
  • Local Payment Friction: Certain international clients, particularly in South Asia, report dissatisfaction with the limited variety and high costs associated with local deposit and withdrawal methods.

To view the latest direct feedback left by clients and monitor real-time changes in customer satisfaction, you can See Axiory reviews on Trustpilot.

Axiory Account Types

Axiory offers six competitive trading account types with a highly accessible minimum deposit of just $10 and leverage options scaling up to 1:2000, catering to diverse trading strategies from automated scalping to direct stock investing.

Axiory Account Types and Minimum Deposit Requirements

Axiory provides a highly flexible account lineup designed to accommodate specific trading platforms and execution styles, all while maintaining a remarkably low entry barrier. For retail traders, the standard minimum deposit across almost all CFD accounts is a flat $10. This makes it one of the most accessible deposit thresholds in the retail brokerage industry.

The specific features and targeted audiences for each account type include:

  • Standard Account (Minimum deposit $10): This is a commission-free trading account that offers maximum leverage up to 1:1000 with spreads starting at 1.2 pips. It is best suited for beginner to intermediate swing traders who prefer a straightforward pricing structure without having to calculate separate round-turn commission charges per trade.
  • Nano Account (Minimum deposit $10): Available on MT4 and cTrader, this account features raw ECN-style spreads from 0.2 pips coupled with a competitive commission of $6 per round-turn lot and leverage up to 1:1000. It provides an ideal environment for automated Expert Advisors (EAs) and high-frequency day traders who rely on razor-thin spreads to stay profitable.
  • Tera Account (Minimum deposit $10): Practically identical to the Nano account in its pricing and leverage structure, this account is designed exclusively for the MetaTrader 5 (MT5) platform. It provides the same $6 per lot commission and raw spreads from 0.2 pips, making it the premier option for MT5 enthusiasts.
  • Max Account (Minimum deposit $10): Catering to aggressive high-leverage strategies, this account pushes leverage limits to 1:2000 while maintaining a commission-free pricing model with slightly wider spreads starting at 1.8 pips. This structure is intended for experienced risk managers who require maximized capital efficiency but are willing to absorb a higher spread premium.
  • Zero Account (Minimum deposit $10): Axiory’s specialized Zero account aims for 0.0-pip spreads on major currency pairs for over 90% of the trading day, charging a flat $6 commission per lot with leverage up to 1:1000. This account is optimized for news traders and algorithmic scalpers who need absolute execution precision and minimum slippage around major economic releases.
  • Alpha Account (No minimum deposit): Built specifically for physical stock and ETF investing, this non-leveraged (1:1 leverage) account operates on MT5 with spreads starting from 0.0 pips and commissions starting at $1.5 per lot. This is suitable for traditional investors who want to buy and hold real equities rather than trading speculative CFDs.

In practice, Axiory's account lineup represents a deliberate trade-off between execution costs and trading simplicity. Beginners or casual swing traders are generally better off with the Standard or Max accounts to avoid complex fee calculations, though they will pay more in the form of wider spreads. Conversely, active day traders and scalpers will find significantly better value in the Nano, Tera, or Zero accounts; the $6 round-turn commission is comfortably below the industry average of $7 to $8, and the accompanying near-zero spreads drastically lower the overall cost of high-frequency trading.

Does Axiory Offer an Islamic Account?

Yes, Axiory offers fully Shariah-compliant, swap-free Islamic accounts upon request across all its standard trading structures. These accounts completely eliminate overnight rollover interest (swaps) to adhere to Islamic financial principles, though clients may be subject to alternative administrative holding fees if a trade remains open for an extended period.

Axiory Fees and Trading Costs

Axiory provides a mid-range pricing structure that combines low raw spreads from 0.2 pips with a competitive $6 per lot commission on Nano and Tera accounts, though Standard accounts require wider spread-only markups.

Axiory Trading Fees (Spreads / Commission Fees / Swap and Overnight Fees)

Trading fees at Axiory are heavily dependent on the chosen account type and are structured to appeal directly to high-volume algorithmic traders:

  • Spreads: Axiory utilizes floating, variable spreads sourced from multi-bank liquidity providers. The Standard account features an average EUR/USD spread of 1.2 to 1.3 pips, while the Max account features a wider spread averaging 1.8 to 2.0 pips. For lower spread options, the Nano, Tera, and Zero accounts offer raw spreads averaging 0.2 to 0.3 pips on EUR/USD, which can compress to 0.0 pips during periods of high liquidity.
  • Commission Fees: The Standard and Max accounts are 100% commission-free, as trading costs are entirely built into the spread. The Nano, Tera, and Zero accounts charge a flat commission of $6 per standard lot round-turn ($3 per side), which is highly competitive when compared to the $7 to $8 industry average. The Alpha account, dedicated to exchange-traded equities, charges commissions starting from $1.5 per lot depending on the regional market.
  • Swap and Overnight Fees: If you hold a spot position open past the New York market close (0:00 MT4 server time, or 23:00 during daylight savings time), a swap charge or credit is applied based on the interest rate differential between the two currencies. Triple swap rates are charged on Wednesday nights to cover the weekend rollover period. These swap charges are waived entirely for verified Islamic account holders.

Axiory Non-Trading Fees (Inactivity Fees / Currency Conversion Fees)

Beyond actual trade execution, Axiory maintains a transparent non-trading fee schedule that avoids excessive penalty charges:

  • Inactivity Fees: If an account remains completely inactive for 12 consecutive months (meaning no deposits, withdrawals, transfers, or open positions), it is deemed dormant. Axiory charges a monthly inactivity fee of $5 (or account currency equivalent) from the remaining balance until it reaches zero.
  • Currency Conversion Fees: Whenever you transfer funds between two of your trading accounts with different base currencies, or make a deposit in a currency other than your account's base denomination, Axiory applies a conversion fee. This conversion is processed based on the actual bank spot exchange rate for that business day.
  • Account Maintenance: There are zero administrative charges for opening, maintaining, or closing an active trading account.

Axiory Deposits & Withdrawals (Deposit and Withdrawal Methods / Withdrawal Speed and Minimum Limits / Deposit and Withdrawal Fees / Withdrawal Issues and User Complaints)

Axiory offers zero-fee deposits and withdrawals via credit cards, bank wires, and popular e-wallets, provided transactions meet the $200 minimum threshold.

Funding Methods and Limits

The payment methods available to fund your account include:

  • Visa and Mastercard Credit/Debit Cards: Best suited for retail clients under the Belize entity, card payments support immediate processing. Note that card payments are not supported for clients registered under the Mauritius entity.
  • International Bank Wire Transfers: This traditional option is available globally but requires 3 to 10 business days to clear.
  • E-Wallets: Neteller, Skrill, Sticpay, and ThunderX Pay offer instant deposit processing and quick withdrawal execution.

The absolute minimum deposit to get started is $10 for credit cards and electronic methods, whereas bank wire minimums depend on processing bank terms. For withdrawals, electronic channels enforce a minimum limit of $11. Axiory also imposes a cumulative monthly limit of $10,000 for standard automated withdrawals; any requests exceeding this cumulative limit are subject to manual compliance review, which can cause a slight delay.

Deposit and Withdrawal Fees

Axiory does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees on transactions of $200 (or €200) or more. However, if you deposit or withdraw an amount under $200, a flat transactional fee of $10 is charged. This threshold represents an entry barrier for micro-depositors who wish to move small amounts of capital frequently without paying a heavy fee premium.

Withdrawal Issues and User Complaints

Reviewing global feedback forums reveals that while the majority of withdrawals clear without issues, there are specific user complaints regarding payment delays. Some clients report their withdrawal requests being stuck as "In progress" for multiple business days. Research shows these delays are almost exclusively tied to updated AML compliance reviews or verification failures where the name on the funding account does not match the registered trading account. Axiory strictly enforces these matching guidelines, so traders must ensure their personal bank or e-wallet matches their KYC registration details perfectly to avoid processing delays.

Axiory Trading Platforms, Conditions & Experience

Axiory delivers a robust trading infrastructure featuring MT4, MT5, and cTrader, optimized by co-located Equinix data servers that ensure direct ECN/STP execution speeds of under 200 milliseconds.

Does Axiory Support MT4, MT5 & Mobile Trading?

Axiory supports MT4, MT5, and cTrader across desktop and web, alongside its proprietary MyAxiory mobile app which integrates MT5 trading directly. This multi-platform approach allows traders to choose the environment that best fits their specific workflow:

  • MetaTrader 4 (MT4): This classic platform remains the industry standard, offering a reliable interface highly optimized for custom indicators and automated trading scripts (Expert Advisors).
  • MetaTrader 5 (MT5): Representing the advanced successor to MT4, MT5 supports additional timeframes, an integrated economic calendar, a multi-threaded strategy tester, and direct physical stock trading.
  • cTrader: Developed by Spotware, cTrader provides a modern GUI with built-in depth of market (DoM) indicators, volume-weighted average pricing (VWAP), and advanced chart types (such as Renko and Range charts).
  • The MyAxiory App: Available for iOS and Android, this custom mobile application is a centralized portal for rapid onboarding, account management, live chat support, and zero-fee deposits via ApplePay. Crucially, the app features direct MT5 integration, permitting users to place and manage trades natively within the portal without needing to open the MT5 app separately.

What Can You Trade on Axiory? (markets and instruments)

Axiory provides access to over 100 tradable assets covering forex, stock CFDs, indices, precious metals, energies, and physical stocks, though cryptocurrency CFD availability remains highly restricted by region. The available asset classes include:

  • Forex: A selection of over 60 currency pairs, ranging from high-liquidity majors to highly volatile exotics.
  • Stock Indices: CFD trading on prominent global equity benchmarks, including the S&P 500, Nasdaq 100, Nikkei 225, and DAX 40.
  • CFD Shares: Short-term speculative trading on blue-chip equities listed in the United States, Europe, and Japan.
  • Physical Equities: Direct ownership of actual shares and ETFs, exclusively available on MT5 through the commission-based Alpha account.
  • Commodities: Precious metals (gold, silver, platinum, palladium) and energy markets (USOIL, UKOIL, natural gas).
  • Cryptocurrencies: Digital asset CFDs (such as Bitcoin and Ethereum) are either highly restricted or completely unavailable depending on the client’s local jurisdiction and regulatory entity.

Axiory Leverage, Margin & Order Execution

Axiory operates as a strict STP/NDD broker utilizing co-located Equinix LD4 and TY3 servers, offering maximum retail leverage up to 1:2000 and a standard 20% stop-out level.

  • Order Execution: Orders are routed directly via a Straight-Through Processing (STP) and No Dealing Desk (NDD) model. By co-locating its servers in the Equinix LD4 (London) and TY3 (Tokyo) data hubs, Axiory provides cross-connected access to top-tier liquidity pools, resulting in execution speeds as fast as 29ms and averaging under 150ms. Approximately 70% of executed trades experience zero or positive slippage.
  • Leverage Limits: Retail leverage scales up to a maximum of 1:1000 on Standard, Nano, Tera, and Zero accounts, while the dedicated Max account pushes leverage limits up to 1:2000. Physical stock trading on the Alpha account is restricted to 1:1 leverage.
  • Margin and Stop-Out Levels: A Margin Call is triggered when your margin level falls below 50% (reduced to 30% on Max and Zero accounts). If the margin level drops further to 20%, a standard stop-out occurs on MT4 and MT5, resulting in immediate position liquidation. For cTrader users, Axiory employs a "Smart Stop Out" algorithm, which systematically closes the largest positions incrementally to free up margin rather than executing a total portfolio liquidation.

Axiory Research Tools & Educational Resources

Axiory equips its clients with premium market research through the independent Axiory Intelligence portal and free access to Autochartist pattern-recognition tools.

  • Axiory Intelligence: This dedicated media and research division provides daily technical write-ups, "Stock of the Day" analysis, and global macroeconomic updates. While basic market coverage is free, a premium tier ($299/year) offers FCA-regulated trade signals and ideas delivered via email and a private Telegram channel.
  • Autochartist: Integrated directly into the client portal, this popular pattern-scanner automatically identifies chart patterns, Fibonacci levels, and support/resistance lines across multiple timeframes.
  • Educational Resources: The on-site Axiory Academy features a rich repository of beginner-friendly guides, instructional video courses, and scheduled webinars covering fundamental risk management and trading strategies.

How Good Is Axiory Customer Support?

Axiory provides responsive customer support restricted to a 24/5 schedule, handled entirely via live chat, email, and online inquiry forms rather than phone support.

  • Support Hours: Customer service is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 17:00 GMT+2 (adjusted to GMT+3 during daylight savings).
  • Support Channels: Axiory does not offer direct phone support. Live inquiries must be submitted via the web-based chat interface, by emailing support@axiory.com, or through the contact forms available in the MyAxiory client portal.
  • Support Quality: During active operating hours, live chat agents are highly responsive and capable of resolving account configuration and execution inquiries. However, the lack of weekend support coverage and the absence of a direct phone hotline represent a notable service gap for international day traders who require immediate, verbal support.

Who Is Axiory Best For?

Axiory is best suited for active day traders, automated scalpers, and algorithmic developers who rely on fast ECN execution and flexible multi-platform support, though it is less optimal for long-term investors or those seeking tier-1 regulatory protection.

Is Axiory Good for Scalpers?

Yes, Axiory is highly recommended for scalpers due to its low-latency execution environment and competitive, below-average round-turn commission rates. Scalping relies on entering and exiting the market within seconds to capture fractional price movements, meaning execution speed and transaction costs can make or break profitability. By offering raw spreads and a low round-turn commission, Axiory dramatically lowers the break-even threshold for high-frequency strategies. Because the broker permits all trading styles without restriction, scalpers do not face the risk of account limitations or penalties for aggressive, short-duration trading. Furthermore, the direct market access execution model ensures that orders are filled with minimal slippage, even during active and volatile market hours.

Is Axiory Good for Beginners?

Axiory is a mixed choice for beginners, providing a very low financial barrier to entry and high-quality educational resources, but lacking the automated social features that many modern retail traders seek. On the positive side, the accessible minimum deposit allows novices to transition from demo environments to live trading with minimal financial risk. The educational materials provided via the Axiory Academy are also excellent for helping first-time traders understand key concepts like position sizing and risk management. However, the lack of an integrated social copy-trading platform is a notable disadvantage for beginners who prefer to mirror the portfolios of experienced investors. Additionally, because customer support is restricted to a 24/5 schedule and lacks a telephone hotline, beginners might find it difficult to get immediate assistance if they face platform difficulties outside of regular business hours.

Is Axiory Good for Algorithmic Traders?

Yes, Axiory is an excellent fit for algorithmic traders because of its comprehensive support for automated trading systems and direct API connectivity. Automated trading systems require optimal platform flexibility and rapid data transfer. Axiory accommodates this by offering automated capabilities across all three major platforms: MT4, MT5, and cTrader. Because its infrastructure is cross-connected with major liquidity hubs in London and Tokyo, latency-sensitive automated scripts run with maximum stability and minimal slippage. Furthermore, professional developers can bypass the retail trading terminals altogether by utilizing Axiory's FIX API, enabling direct and customized algorithmic execution which is a sophisticated feature rarely made available to traders with smaller deposit balances.

Best for: Algorithmic traders, high-frequency scalpers, and multi-platform day traders.
Less ideal for: Passive copy-traders, long-term physical stock investors, and traders requiring top-tier European or Australian regulatory protections.

Compare Axiory with Other Popular Brokers

Axiory holds its own against top-tier industry giants by offering competitive raw-spread execution through cTrader, though major competitors provide broader asset coverage and stronger global regulatory licenses.

Axiory vs Axi

The primary distinction between these two similarly named brokers is that Axi is a heavily regulated, commission-free specialist, whereas Axiory focuses on multi-platform ECN execution with cTrader. Axi holds high-tier licenses from top regulators like the FCA in the UK and ASIC in Australia, offering a far more robust protective framework than Axiory's offshore setup in Belize and Mauritius. In contrast to Axi's singular focus on the MetaTrader suite and commission-free accounts, Axiory stands out by providing both raw-spread cTrader execution and commission-based accounts. Axiory also offers direct physical share investing via its Alpha account; this physical equity option is a feature completely absent from Axi's purely derivative-based catalog.

Takeaway: Axiory is the better choice for cTrader users and physical equity investors; Axi is more suitable for traders prioritizing high-tier regulatory safety.

Axiory vs IC Markets

The fundamental difference is that IC Markets operates at a much larger global scale with deeper liquidity and tier-1 regulatory protection, while Axiory provides a slightly cheaper round-turn commission on its raw accounts. IC Markets operates under ASIC and CySEC supervision, ensuring greater client protection than Axiory's offshore regulatory framework. Although both brokers support MT4, MT5, and cTrader with ECN-style execution, IC Markets commands significantly larger trade volumes, which translates to narrower average spreads during low-liquidity market sessions. However, Axiory edges out its competitor by offering a $6 round-turn commission on raw accounts compared to the $7 charge at IC Markets; furthermore, Axiory's $10 minimum deposit makes it far more accessible than the $200 entry barrier at IC Markets.

Takeaway: Axiory is better for micro-deposit traders seeking cheap commissions; IC Markets is superior for high-volume traders requiring tight spreads and tier-1 safety.

Axiory vs Pepperstone

The key difference is that Pepperstone possesses an extensive portfolio of top-tier regulatory licenses and supports third-party platforms like TradingView, whereas Axiory relies on offshore regulation and proprietary onboarding software. Pepperstone is authorized by major global regulators, including the FCA, ASIC, and BaFin, providing a level of institutional security that Axiory's offshore regulators cannot match. Pepperstone also offers integration with TradingView, a highly popular charting and social trading platform that Axiory does not support. On the other hand, Axiory offers direct physical share investing alongside standard CFDs, a dual-purpose capability not available on Pepperstone's derivative-focused platforms. Although both brokers feature raw spreads from 0.0 pips on cTrader, Axiory's automated KYC verification process is significantly faster, allowing clients to fund and trade on their accounts in under a minute.

Takeaway: Axiory is the better choice for rapid setup and physical stock investing; Pepperstone is vastly superior for advanced charting and regulatory compliance.

Axiory Broker Quick Verdict

Axiory is a highly capable broker for tech-driven day traders who value cost-effective commissions and direct ECN execution across multiple platforms, though its offshore regulatory framework provides weaker protection than tier-1 competitors. Ultimately, this Axiory review concludes that while the platform excels in execution speed, traders must weigh these technical benefits against the lack of sovereign default insurance.

Editorial Transparency: This Axiory review is based on information from the official Axiory website, current regulatory filings, and independent third-party sources such as Trustpilot. We cross-checked the broker's regulation and license details, account types, trading and non-trading fees, deposit and withdrawal terms, platforms, and real user feedback to ensure accuracy and objectivity. This content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice; trading CFDs carries a high risk of losing money. Last updated: June 2026.

Q&A

How reliable is AXIORY as forex broker? Do they offer any kind of insurance to protect clients against corporate insolvency?

Stefanos
Dominica
Jan 18, 2022
ANSWER Axiory is a trademark owned by Axiory Global Limited, a limited liability company established in Belize and is duly authorised by the International Financial Services Commission of Belize (IFSC), under License No. 100022/163. For more details, you can check our full Axiory review. However, there is something about Belize need to be mentioned. As an offshore zone with a zero tax structure, Belize is a well-known Forex hub where a great many brokers come to seek an opportunity to be a legit firm, yet to skip complicated and costly established procedures. Therefore, brokers overseen by IFSC is not under as strong regulation as FCA, ASIC and NFA regulated brokers. That means Axiory is a legit broker, but carries a certain risk owing to its weak regulation from Belize. Besides, IFSC provides neither insurance nor compensation for traders in any case. When you have disputes with a IFSC-regulated broker, you can proceed the following ways:1st way: The recommended way is to contact the broker directly and discuss with them to find a solution.2nd way: If you're not satisfied with the broker's solution, try to contact IFSC in Belize, which helps to solve the disputes between the forex broker and the investor. You can submit an online complaint form: https://www.ifsc.gov.bz/complaints/ 3rd way: If the 2 ways above can't solve the dispute, the last way is to issue a case to the court in Belize.

Have been trading with them for about 2 years. No major issues in that time. My account manager is locally based and is very responsive on whatsapp or telephone and gets things done if there is any concerns. Instant deposits with Neteller and withdrawals can take a day or two but I feel safe that they won't steal my funds. Some annoying minor technical matters require attention such as the 5K Neteller deposit limit and incorrect Oil contract sizing in their contract specifications. All in all, I trust them and continue to trade with them.

Axiory has been good thus far. The have good trading instrument and tight spreads. But the only issues I am having with them is their customers service. Their online agents are most times not available. The second issue is the commission charged on stocks. $6 per trade is way too much. I hope they adopt the pay-per-share method. Thanks
